Can't say I have lived in Shropshire all my life as we know life can throw curve balls!

Beautiful Shropshire the unknown county is my home.

Now in my later years I've found joy in drawing, it started back in 2014 when Zentangles/doodles were all the rage.

Taking pen to paper I started to draw in small note books, at that time I was working in the local college. Having finished a number of the books and getting better I decided to show them the art lecturer. 

Her advice find your own style.

It took a good couple of years to finally reach a drawing level that I could put down as my style and flows from my imagination to pen and paper.

Without me realising the Shropshire countryside has on reflection been giving me subliminal messages with its wide open countryside you don't have to go far from any county town to see and be in.

My artwork goes in the category of folk art.

 I like to call it "The Hinterlands of Shropshire"
